FlexFit: Rental Fitness Solutions

FlexFit was a comprehensive project focused on creating a flexible and affordable fitness equipment rental service for home workouts. My contributions to this project include:

  • Market Research: Performed detailed market sizing and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the fitness equipment rental industry.
  • User Research: Conducted user interviews to create detailed personas, identified user pain points, and developed user stories to map customer needs and define impactful solutions.
  • Value Proposition: Utilized the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework to articulate the core value of FlexFit: providing an affordable and hassle-free way to set up a personalized home gym without commitment or clutter.
  • Website as MVP: Designed and developed a functional website using react to validate the concept and gather feedback.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Formulated a detailed GTM strategy, including customer acquisition channels, marketing campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive adoption.
  • Business Model Canvas (BMC): Crafted a Business Model Canvas to outline the key components of FlexFit, including value propositions, customer segments, revenue streams, and partnerships.

ClubMate – Smart RSVP & Event Tracker

ClubMate is a campus-focused product designed to simplify how student clubs manage event participation. The tool centralizes event listings, enables students to RSVP with ease, and provides organizers with real-time attendance insights. It improves planning efficiency and boosts engagement through automated reminders.

Key Contributions:

  • User Research: Conducted interviews with fellow students to uncover pain points in current RSVP methods and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Documentation: Created detailed PRDs and user stories to define core features and ensure alignment with user needs..
  • Functionality Definition: Prioritized key features like RSVP tracking, reminders, and live analytics for organizers to ensure a practical MVP scope.
  • Design Execution: Built a 5-page Figma wireframe capturing end-to-end user flows, including event listing, RSVP interaction, organizer dashboard, and event creation.

XOFC – Interactive Football Platform

XOFC is a dynamic web platform built to showcase live football data, player profiles, and match fixtures. The project demonstrates hands-on experience in web development, integrating APIs, and using Google Analytics to track user interactions and optimize the user experience.

  • Live Football Data: Integrated external football APIs to fetch real-time match schedules, player statistics, and league information.
  • Player & Match Insights: Designed intuitive UI components to display player profiles, match fixtures, and league standings.

SQL Project: Pricing Strategy Analysis

This project focuses on analyzing pricing strategies using a structured SQL database of 100+ rows across multiple tables. It explores product performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends to derive actionable business insights.

  • Dataset Design:
    Tables: Products, Sales, Customers, and Transactions.
    Attributes: Product prices, discounts, customer regions/types, and transaction details.
    Relationships: Relational schema capturing product sales, customer transactions, and regional data.
  • SQL Techniques Applied:
    Joins: To combine product, sales, and customer data for detailed insights.
    Aggregations: For calculating total revenue, average prices, and discounts.
    Filtering: Identified trends like high-value sales and discount impact.
    Subqueries: Extracted advanced insights, such as products sold at premium prices.
    Window Functions: Ranked products by revenue and assessed their sales performance.
